After you have installed your fence and you see that you have some extra pieces. Simply return the materials to Fence Center and receive a full refund for those materials.

Our return policy is as follows:

• To qualify for the Over-Purchase Protection the value of the material returned can not exceed 5% of the initial purchase price (not including tax or freight), If the material value exceeds 5% then the return is treated as a standard material return and a restocking charge will be applied.
• The customer has 30 days after receipt of material to return over-purchases, after 30 days the return is treated as a standard material return and may not be accepted or a restocking charge will applied.
• Customer pays any and all freight costs involved in return the material.
• Returned material must not be damaged in any way.
• Material must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.
