Please Note: The customer is responsible for ALL freight charges - including delivery, pickup, storage, transfer fees charged by the freight company, and the freight for the product to be shipped to the customer from Fence Center. If your order was shipped prepaid by the manufacturer, you are responsible for the return shipping charges. Exchange policy is for Fence Center Stock items only. Special order items may require a restocking fee from 10% to 20% depending on product and manufacturer. Custom made items may not be returned.
