Frequently Asked Questions
How do the railing sections ship?
All sections come fully assembled and ready to attach to the posts. The sections come completely “racked” in a narrow box, one section per box. All you have to do is straiten the sections out to the angle you need. The same section can be used as a stair railing OR a straight railing section.
Can the sections be cut for smaller sizes?
Yes you can cut the sections down using a “saws all” or circular saw.
Which installation method is stronger?
Whether you choose the installation spindles for a smoother look, or the more conventional brackets to attach your sections, they have passed the same strength tests. It is all about how you want your project to look.
How do you attach the posts to the concrete or deck?
The posts come with the flange welded on to the bottom. Purchase the bolts necessary for your particular application from your local hardware store and attach the flange and post to your surface.
How long does it take from the time the order is placed to receive the material?
Most styles typically take between 1 and 2 weeks to receive. Non-stock, or special orders can take up to 4 weeks in production and then 3-5 days in transit, depending on your location. You will be emailed an estimated shipment date once your order enters production.
