Most Vinyl Railing orders ship directly from the factory in Maryland via common carriers. The freight costs vary by order and destination, however some orders do ship freight paid. To determine the shipping cost for your order, either "plan" and "get quote" with estimated shipping, or proceed to the catalog, to load your fence into a shopping cart and check out to get a real shipping cost.

NOTE: The trucking company will notify you prior to delivery to make arrangements. Truck drivers are subject to a number of regulations, one of which is that they are not required to give any assistance in unloading. Please be prepared for this "curbside" delivery, as you are responsible for unloading the item(s) and placing them on your property. This normally takes a number of "friends".

How long will a Vinyl railing last?
Our components are engineered to make fences that will last a lifetime. All of our extruded components carry a fully transferable, non-prorated lifetime warranty. For warranty details, see the warranty section of this site.
How does vinyl versus wood compare on cost?
Although the initial cost of vinyl is slightly higher than wood, vinyl's long-term, maintenance-free durability more than makes up for that cost difference, and actually saves you money over time.
What about mold and mildew?
Persistent damp weather can lead to mold and mildew on vinyl railing. They can be easily removed with ordinary detergent and water.
What kind of maintenance does vinyl Railing require?
A mild detergent and water are all you should need to keep your fence looking new. For tough stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner. For best appearance, we recommend you wash your railing once a year.
What size posts are used for the sleeves?
Sleeves are made to fit over a standard 4 x 4 wood post. You can use round 2’ or 1 5/8” steel posts if you purchase an adapter kit
How long does it take from the time the order is placed to receive the material?
Vinyl railing takes about 1 week in production. Please allow 3-5 days for transit depending on your location. You will be emailed an estimated shipment date once your order enters production.
