In the event that material needs to be returned or exchanged for any other reason besides damage or incorrect shipment within 30 days of delivery, the customer must obtain return authorization from Fence Center. The customer is responsible for all freight charges (including delivery, pickup, storage, transfer fees charged by the freight company, and the freight for any new product being shipped from Fence Center). Material must be in original packaging and in re-sellable condition for the refund to be issued. Exchanges may be made on Fence Center Stock items only, and will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee. Non-stock material may require a re-stocking fee of up to 30% (not including shipping or tax) depending on the product and manufacturer. SPECIAL ORDER AND CUSTOM MADE ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED.
